Dr. Karla enjoys helping and encouraging people to find their true potential. In her life, she is always striving to be “Better than Yesterday” and encourages others to do the same. In a society where upwards towards 90% of people sit all day at work, teaching people how to move properly is one of the best gifts a doctor can give. As a Chiropractor and a coach in the Fargo-Moorhead area, she appreciates working with people who may be overcoming an old injury and finding ways to teach them how to move differently and more effectively to avoid future injuries. She has the ability to instill functional movements into the young and old alike.

She was born and raised in Barnesville, Minnesota and pursued a pre-medicine undergraduate degree at Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and majored in Biology and Exercise Physiology. Karla graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West and Summa Cume Laude from Logan University with a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.

Since then, she has become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), obtained her International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (ICSSD), Chiropractic Acupuncture certificate, Level 1&2 CrossFit trainer Certification and she is a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
